the concept

Righty then after rewording this 7-8 times this is how it rolls out..
after a year of not actually gaming with miniatures I chose to pick up brush and mini and start applying pigment again. So after a while out of my chosen tabletop war-game I had a look online and poke about with what was new in the world of warhammer 40,000. After trolling through Games workshops site I dared to tread the tempting forbidden realm of forgeworld. Alas the buggers there had something that could tempt me, and tempt me they did.
Now for a while I have wanted to do a "Pre-Heresy" or "heresy" army but I don't have as much time or inclination to spend hours just building 1 model. but alas now my troubles are over. Turns out the cheeky monkeys over there have made just that. so now I am able to just buy the little buggers and not lose the will to live making them.

So after much deliberation and swearing and cursing I have chosen the legion that I want to paint and its this line of buggers:
Now I know the world eaters are a none to subtle or flexible force so I have chosen to use the Blood angels Codex in order to get the whole up close and personal feel to the force. This I hope should help produce a rather fun army to play against and with and once I have finished it I am hoping that it is also a army that looks fantastic too.

Still that's it for this ramble as people are trying to pull me away from the computer but next up will be the list and how I plan to model it.

Greetings

Hello this blog will be the mad ramblings of me and my work in progress on the minis that I paint.
I started this blog now as I am due to start a new 40k army and I felt it only right that I document the army from conception through to completion and then any other project or commission that pulls me away from that task.

So who am I?
I'm a 26 year old from Birmingham England who plays way too many games and spends too much time locked away in small secluded rooms which are well lit applying paint to small miniatures.

More on my ramblings too follow soon I hope
